Again as last year the club membership renewal is $40.00 for dues

and a $15.00 assessment for a total cost of $55.00

You do not have to attend a meeting to renew. As long as you have renewed with AMA you can renew by mail.

Send a SAE and a check payable to HCRCC for $55.00 to me:

Do not send proof of renewal as I can verify your renewal online. Once verified, your membership card for 2012 will then be mail back to you.

Or if you wish you may renew at the field. I am usually there Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Time is from 9:00AM to 11:00AM.

If you do wish to renew then I will need to see the notice from AMA that you have renewed. If you renewed online then download the notice that you have paid and bring it with you along with a check.

The above applies only to current members. Anyone wishing to join must attend a meeting, fill out an application and then be voted in by the membership. As is the policy of the club there is no initiation fee to join.
